Cardio Sculpt Teacher Training

Description

This new re-designed 45-minute class combines cardio for endurance, strength training with weights to build muscle, and ample time for a final stretch to restore the body. It's designed to deliver the perfect balance of cardio and strength training with low-impact movements and bodyweight exercises.

Learning Objectives

  • Introduce you to the SoulBody™ Cardio Sculpt method.
  • In depth learning of endurance training concepts and principals for low impact options.
  • Define SoulBody™ class choreography structure and flow.
  • Provide a basic understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and industry principles as they relate to cardiovascular and strength training exercise, focusing on alignment and safety standards.
  • Learn the importance of core stability, mindful movement, posture and alignment as it relates to efficient and effective movement and injury prevention.
  • Learn effective coaching techniques, as well as how to progress and regress participants within a group setting.
  • 2-Track Video Practical for assessment to complete course and receive Certification.

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content.
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
