Yoga Sculpt In-Person Teacher Training

SoulBody Yoga Sculpt was created out of passion for creativity and dedication to consistency. We’ve combined the foundations of yoga with traditional sculpting exercises and cardio bursts for a mindfully intense workout. Designed to work the entire body, each pre-choreographed release has been carefully crafted with a variety of dynamic exercises that bring balance from head to toe. Alignment and safety are top priority, so each release offers modifications making Yoga Sculpt a class for any fitness level!

Learning Objectives

  • Introduce you to the SoulBody concepts and principles of the SoulBody programs.
  • Provide you with the methodology, class choreography structure and flow which represent the concept of the SoulBody programs.
  • Provide you with a basic understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and industry principles as they relate to group fitness training, technique, alignment, and safety standards.
  • Learn the importance of core stability, mindful movement, posture, and alignment as it relates to efficient movement and injury prevention.
  • Learn effective cueing and coaching techniques, as well as how to progress and regress participants within a group setting.
  • Provide a succinct choreographic structure and Block Format for SoulBody Yoga Sculpt programming so you can confidently begin teaching as soon as possible post- assessment.
  • 2-Track Video Practical assessment for course work completion and Certification.

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content.
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
